Half-day or whole-day tailored visits

Cost for half-day visit: £750 (up to 15 delegates)
Cost for whole-day visit: £1,500 (up to 15 delegates) (includes lunch)

Additional delegates are charged at a rate of £50 per person for a half-day visit and £100 per person for a whole-day visit.

Applying for a Group Visit

  1. Download and complete the group visit application form and include your preferred dates. Visits must be arranged at least 2 months in advance. Please note that whilst we will make every attempt to accommodate your group on your preferred dates, there are occassions when this may not be possible.
  2. Email the application to education@stchristophers.org.uk. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application within 5 working days.
  3. Allow 2 weeks for approval of your application. Confirmation will be sent to you by email.
  4. Fees are due on confirmation of the agreed date. Please note that in the event that you cancel within 2 months prior to your visit, you will be charged a £100 administration fee. The draft programme will be sent with your confirmation.
  5. The final delegate list is to be sent to St Christopher’s 1 month prior to the event.
  6. Your finished group visit programme will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your visit.
