Virgin London Marathon Runner James Glover

"I had a fantastic day.  I bumped into another one of our runners, Kraig, early on and we ran together for about 15 miles which really helped. 

"The first half really flew by as we were talking and the miles and time were just whizzing past.  Unfortunately I twisted my knee after about 18 miles and I needed some medical attention.

"The St John’s Ambulance were great but I had to more or less walk the final miles to the finish.  I still had a great day though!"
