St Christopher's Spiritual Care Lead Andrew Goodhead has written to local churches asking them to consider choosing the hospice as the local charity for their lent appeal, to help raise funds to buy syringe drivers.
We need to purchase 100 new syringe drivers for use throughout the hospice.
Syringe drivers are used to delivery medication and pain relief quickly and comfortably for patients.
A series of quiet Lent Services will be led by Andrew in St Christopher’s Pilgrim Room, starting at 7pm on Wednesdays: 29 February and 7, 14, 21 and 28 March – all are welcome.
