Welcome to St Christopher's Hospice website where you will find information about our services.

St Christopher's exists to promote and provide skilled and compassionate palliative care of the highest quality.
St Christopher's Mission Statement 

We are a registered charity. It costs over £14 million every year to deliver all our services.  Only about one third of our income comes from the NHS. We must raise more than £9 million to continue to delivery our patient and family services free of charge.  This balance must be raised from grants, legacies, the generous support of our local community, local businesses, trusts and through our shops. 

We rely on donations to continue caring for dying people and those close to them. Please help us to raise urgently needed funds by clicking on the Donations link below.  Thank you.

These concerts will be held on the first Thursday of every month between 7.30-9.30pm in the Dame Cicely Saunders Room at the hospice. Tickets are just £10 and include canapés
and a glass of wine during the interval.

Money will be payable at the door. If you cancel a reserved place please let us know as numbers are limited.

At St Christopher’s, we recognise that when someone is very ill, everyone in the family is affected. St Christopher’s care extends beyond the treatment of physical symptoms to consider the support, emotional, psychological, spiritual and social needs of our patients, their families, children, friends and carers.
