Anniversary Centre
The Anniversary Centre has been designed to create a modern, social environment for St Christopher’s patients and their families and friends.
Home Care
St Christopher's home care nurses work alongside the patient's GP offering symptom control advice and helping patients and families to adjust to their situation.
Leaflets
St Christopher’s has produced a range of information leaflets for patients and carers. These are available to pick up in the hospice and from your home care nurse. They can also be read online.
