Supporting People to Live and Die Well Test Site Final Report

In July 2010 the National End of Life Care Programme published ‘Supporting people to live and die well: a framework for social care at the end of life’.

This set out how commissioners and providers, alongside those involved in training and education, can enhance social care’s role in end of life care for individuals and their families.

As part of this initiative St Christopher’s carried out a pilot training programme with Social Care Teams in Lambeth and Southwark.
