Group visits

Our group visits have been postponed for the foreseeable future

Due to concerns about Covid-19 and in light of guidance received from the World Health Organisation and the UK Government, tailored group visits are currently not taking place until late 2020. Find out more about our response to Covid-19.

Cost for half-day visit: £810 including VAT (up to 15 delegates)
Cost for whole-day visit: £1620 including VAT (up to 15 delegates) (includes lunch)

Additional delegates are charged at a rate of £50 per person for a half-day visit and £100 per person for a whole-day visit.

Applying for a group visit

  1. Download and complete the group visit application form and include your preferred dates. Visits must be arranged at least 2 months in advance. Please note that whilst we will make every attempt to accommodate your group on your preferred dates, there are occassions when this may not be possible.
  2. Email the application to You will receive confirmation that we have received your application within 5 working days.
  3. Allow 2 weeks for approval of your application. Confirmation will be sent to you by email.
  4. Fees are due on confirmation of the agreed date. Please note that in the event that you cancel within 2 months prior to your visit, you will be charged a £100 administration fee. The draft programme will be sent with your confirmation.
  5. The final delegate list is to be sent to St Christopher’s 1 month prior to the event.
  6. Your finished group visit programme will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to your visit.
