An exquisite evening of violin and piano music on 14 July

Ensemble26 are passionate about bringing high quality classical concerts into the heart of their local community in Sydenham SE26. They deliver an exquisite evening of violin and piano music by three very different composers; Janáček Fauré, and Pauline Viardot. They call it ‘Music to dream by’…

Haunting and playful violin sonata by Czech composer Janáček, the heroic romantic sweep of Fauré and three delightful salon pieces by French composer Pauline Viardot.

This is an evening that will envelope you in the beauty of classical music, with musicians who have mastered their instruments and how to bring their audience (YOU) into moments of absolute brilliance, with sheer talent and music from incredible composers, delivering music that they quite rightly say is ‘music to dream by’.

An evening not to be missed!

Concerts at CARE

St Christopher's CARE

Join us for Concerts at CARE, a wonderful series of musical concerts starting this summer, continuing the St Christopher’s history of music events.

Concerts at CARE begins with an introduction to welcome and share with the audience the work of the hospice and the aims of St Christopher’s CARE, followed by a fabulous musical concert.

There are two concerts planned in July and September, delivering two completely different, but equally wonderful musical ensembles of classical music and classic jazz & blues respectively.

Naturally, the aim of the concerts to also raise funds for St Christopher’s, whilst enjoying beautiful music.
