enjoying homemade cakes and refreshments (teas served at Wood Cottage).

Wood Cottage, Dome Hill Park, SE26 6SP
Tucked away in a secluded lane Wood Cottage is really the perfect hideaway to enjoy tea and some delicious home made cakes. The garden backs onto woodland with pretty flowerbeds surrounding the lawn and large patio area which has plenty of seating areas. Fruit trees, shrubs and roses surround this attractive garden. The front and back gardens are largely accessible here.

15a Sydenham Hill, London SE26 6SH
This delightful hillside garden is set over 1/3 acre and descends into a pretty woodland area. A wealth of colourful herbaceous borders and trellised roses sit alongside many unusual trees and shrubs as well as a summer planted acer glade. Take a moment to follow the climbers and clematis to wander around the dappled stumpery dotted with ferns and hostas.

Please note: limited wheelchair access here due to slopes and steps.

18 Sydenham Hill, London SE26 6SR
