Join us to check in to see how we’re all doing and take some time for yourself to truly relax. Facilitated by one of our Complementary Therapists, these relaxation classes are free and are open to everyone.
Each session will be delivered in two parts:
Part one: A gentle warm-up such as self-massage
Part two: A guided relaxation session
All our online sessions are free to join. If you are able to, please consider a small donation to our emergency appeal.
