Vanessa Gouveia celebrated her birthday in style, holding a movie marathon in memory of her Grandad and raising an incredible £220. Meanwhile, Ryaana Martin raised £241.70 through a six-hour Makeup-athon event in memory of her Grandmother.
Nine year old William Seeley walked 10km around his garden (166 laps!) to say thank you St Christopher’s for looking after his Mum. William completed his challenge with an array of costume changes raising more than £3,500.
St Christopher’s physio Lorna Malcolm raised £2,351 in the virtual London marathon. Thanks to all our dedicated runners who raised £9,875.82 in total
Tim Pollard raised more than £700 dying his hair pink
Patricia Rusling raised over £11,000 for St Christopher’s as part of the 2.6 challenge by walking laps of her front lawn, in memory of her mother-in-law. Tricia has had Rheumatoid Arthritis for more than 30 years which makes her efforts even more impressive.
Justin Hill organised a 24-hour gaming marathon and raised a massive £1,605 in memory of his Mum who died last year. Justin streamed his challenge live through the gaming site Twitch.
