Fit for Life

Follow our Fit for Life wellbeing programme to help look after your mind, body and spirit

The aim of Fit for Life is to support your physical and emotional wellbeing through video sessions on exercise, sleep, mood and eating well amongst others. With plenty of advice and support available via email, this free series of videos will give you food for thought and the tools that you need to take action.

Who is this programme for?

Anyone! If you are thinking about what’s important in life and how you might take steps to make positive changes in yours, this is the programme for you. These videos can benefit you whatever stage of your life you’re at and are especially pertinent during these challenging time.

How does the programme work?

You can watch each video in the list below whenever suits you. We recommend that you watch the videos in order and take time to reflect after each session.

The sessions are led by a range of professionals including a physiotherapist, dietician, CBT therapist, consultant nurse, complimentary therapist and social worker. If you have any questions about Fit for Life, please email the team on fitforlife@stchristophers.org.uk
