The aim of Fit for Life is to support your physical and emotional wellbeing through video sessions on exercise, sleep, mood and eating well amongst others. With plenty of advice and support available via email, this free series of videos will give you food for thought and the tools that you need to take action.
Who is this programme for?
Anyone! If you are thinking about what’s important in life and how you might take steps to make positive changes in yours, this is the programme for you. These videos can benefit you whatever stage of your life you’re at and are especially pertinent during these challenging time.
How does the programme work?
Starting on Monday 29 June, we will release three videos a week for three weeks on topics ranging from goal setting and exercise to mood and eating well. You can see a full list of videos and their release dates below.
We recommend that you watch each video on the day that it’s released to give you time to reflect. Once released, the videos will remain on our website throughout the programme so you can go back and watch them whenever you like.
