Healthy walks for everyone

London has had a mixed bag of weather this summer, but whether it’s windy, rainy or – at last! – warm and sunny, you can see walkers stepping out from St Christopher’s Sydenham every Thursday on our weekly Healthy Walks.

Starting and ending in the Anniversary Centre at St Christopher’s in Sydenham, the walks set off at 1.30pm to explore the lovely green spaces of the beautiful Crystal Palace Park.

The walks, which have now been running for over six months, are for EVERYONE – local residents, volunteers, service users, their families, and St Christopher’s staff.

The walks last around 45 – 60 minutes and there is a choice of routes around the park. Some routes may include steps and slopes.

Please feel free to join the walk any Thursday you are free. You don’t have to commit to coming regularly – just join us whenever suits you. You can also help by spreading the word among family and friends.

For more information, please contact Paul Parsons on p.parsons@stchristophers.org.uk or telephone 020 8768 4600.
