Hospice Education and Learning Partnership
Experts from St Christopher’s Hospice and Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice joining together with the aim of providing high quality training in end of life care for health and social care professionals across a wide range of sectors.
We also work with HELP Care Home Partners to maintain and improve the quality of care for people living in the last phase of life in care homes. Find out more about becoming a HELP Care Home partner.
