Covid-safe home collections, furniture and large donations

We offer a selective collection service for items in good condition.

  • About your donation

  • Please refer to the list of items we are unable to accept for sale at our shops
  • We can collect in the following postcodes: BR1 to BR7, CR0, CR2 and CR7, SE6, SE9, SE12, SE13, SE14, SE15 and SE19 to SE27, TN16
  • We can only collect furniture/large items that are accessible and can be removed easily i.e. Not through windows or up more than one flight of stairs.
  • Please be mindful that items not found in good, readily sellable condition might be declined on day of collection even if photographs were supplied
  • All soft furnishings must have a fire safety label attached to each item (usually found underneath the base of each unit).
  • Furniture we are not able to accept Items that are: Scratched, marked, sun-bleached, broken or overly worn, beds, headboards or mattresses and cots, fitted furniture, triple size wardrobes, wide display cabinets, disassembled or flat-packed, TV stands, mahogany and dark wood furniture, corner units, soft furnishings without a fire safety label attached to each item, some hand-painted furniture
