Alastair works in the Bereavement Care Support Team at Nightingale Hammerson. 

Alastair has 29 years’ experience of working in residential care, managing, and delivering engagement and spiritual care provision. 

As a creative and reflective practitioner, he enjoys working with the diverse community that comprises Nightingale Hammerson – from residents and their families and the care home teams to external professionals, therapists, and partnership colleagues. 

It’s a challenging role that requires creativity, empathy, inclusiveness, and the ability to be a hands-on problem solver who is ‘good with people’.
