Annette, Dementia Care Manager at HC-One, is a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), who works in the care sector.  Her HC-One name badge says ‘Share a Smile’ because she says a smile can make a difference to somebody’s day who may be struggling, and it might just help them to feel as though they are not alone. 

When asked what she most enjoys about her role, Annette remarked: “I am able to help others understand what it may be like to live with dementia and how we can help that person live well”.
