Community Learning Facilitator for the Community Action Team, St Christopher’s Hospice.

Ella is a facilitator and Associate Certified Coach-credentialed by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Ella has been responsible in co-designing and delivering Peer Learning Courses, including ‘Caring for Carers’ which are now facilitated and led by volunteers and people with an experience of caring.

In addition, Ella has been part of the Coach4Care and Carer Champion Programmes and came to work in this field through her own lived experience of caring and loss.
