Eva Paolettia
I‘m Eva, an Italian nurse who recently moved to the UK. My biggest interest is to explore different cultures.
When I travel I love to wear local clothes, eat local food and to be hosted by families experiencing their daily life.
I love deep conversations, cooking and playing my flute. Part of my character is always seeking, I always have a lot of questions in my mind and moral dilemmas. I’m starting to think that to live the life I want, this is the price to pay, so I’m happy to pay it.
For more than 1 year, from 2021 I travelled around Asia visiting different realities involved in palliative care. I met such wonderful and inspiring colleagues. I felt that’s really my target, palliative care and cross-cultural nursing. I worked in acute medicine and hospice and recently I joined a palliative care team. In the GPNN champion group I would like to share my experiences and at the same time I’m so excited and feeling lucky to be part of this international community full of amazing souls. I cheer for you all. We all are a boost of energy and confidence for each other.
