Jan Noble

Director of Quality and Innovation

Jan currently works as the Director of Quality and Innovation at St Christopher’s, and is the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered manager for the organisation. She has been at St Christopher’s for a number of years and has led on many key initiatives including the development of the Single Point of Contact team and the Frailty Service in Bromley.

In her current role Jan is and is responsible for providing quality assurance to external regulators, commissioners and the Board of Trustees. She leads on all service user feedback and seeks every opportunity to drive service improvement and innovation, she also is involved with the patient reported outcome measures work at St Christopher’s.

Jan is responsible for Bereavement Services and Community Action for the organisation. She is currently developing a new bereavement strategy, which has involved co-production with people who have been recently bereaved.

Jan has over 35 years of nursing experience in HIV/AIDS (adult and children), hospice and palliative care. She trained as a general nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital and was awarded an MSc in Advanced Practice- Palliative Care in 2011 at King’s College, London.

In March 2018 Jan was awarded a Florence Nightingale Nursing scholarship which has enabled her to attend courses at: RADA Business; the Academy of Executive Coaches; the Emerging Strategic Leadership course with Winsor Leadership and a study tour in Tokyo looking at Innovations in Ageing.
