Jonny is Lead Nurse for Mental Health Nursing Research and Education at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Lecturer in Mental Health Nurse Research and Education at the University of Surrey where he is also completing his PhD, looking at how we measure the quality of Service User Involvement in Mental Health Nurse Education. 

Jonny is currently responsible for building nursing research capacity and supports nurses develop their research skills and navigate their research careers. His experiences are primarily in pedagogical research and evaluation which he has gained in his roles in nurse education both within university and NHS settings.
