Lorna has over 25 years experience working in education and holds a MA in Education and a PhD in Inclusive Education. Lorna held the role of Director for Internationalisation and Principal Lecturer in Education at Canterbury Christ Church University, teaching on initial teacher education programmes and providing CPD for experienced teachers wanting to specialise in inclusive education. Lorna joined St Christopher’s in September 2024.

She oversees the quality of learning and effective evaluation of the learning events, courses and opportunities offered through CARE. She is responsible for developing and shaping the design and delivery of the educational programme, including new opportunities for educational developments to ensure the offer is of relevance and innovative in the sector.
