Lorraine has worked at Nightingale Hammerson for the past 15 years.  She is currently the Bereavement Support Lead, having held the post of Manager of the Admissions Team for the previous 12 years. 

Lorraine trained as a bereavement counsellor with Cruse.  She helped set up and was the original Chair of their Lambeth branch. 

Lorraine is passionate about the importance of spiritual care and bereavement support in care homes, both for Residents living with dementia and their families.
