Mary is Director of Inclusion & Social Innovation at St Christopher’s where she is responsible for our community action, lived experience working and tackling inequalities work to create greater health equity. 

Mary is an experienced community facilitator and researcher, and has worked on policy and change adjacent work in community settings particularly around societal challenges and structural inequality and marginalisation. 

Mary has a PhD on how people perceive inequality and why they seek to change it, and has since worked to support this change, having worked in charities, social innovation and change leadership programmes as well as in academic and practice settings on international research and action initiatives.
