May Pheasant has been heart failure palliation Clinical Nurse Specialist at Isabel Hospice since 2018. 

She was previously the specialist palliative care CNS at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust (QEII and Lister hospitals) for 16 years. 

May holds a degree in Palliative Nursing.  Her role is to ensure heart failure patients receive the same level of support, care and advance care planning as patients with cancer.
