Rebecca Tiberini is an international consultant and coach and the founder of the EVOLVE Programme. Tired of constant discussions about the ‘problems’ facing palliative care teams, Rebecca created the EVOLVE Programme to offer a robust, evidence-based solution to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to transform practice and to lead the change they want to see. The EVOLVE Programme is a culmination of Rebecca’s 20 years working in clinical and senior leadership roles in palliative care services in the United Kingdom and Europe. Her EVOLVE Programme is values-based, with what matters most to each person at its heart and a firm belief that the future of palliative care must be interdisciplinary, where professionals and teams work across boundaries to achieve their fullest potential and impact.

Rebecca has worked clinically as palliative care physiotherapist at St Christopher’s and St Joseph’s Hospice in London and as Director of Strategy and Integration at St Michael’s Hospice in Hastings. She is currently based in Switzerland, where she is Chair of the European Association of Palliative Care Rehabilitation Taskforce. Rebecca has written about and speaks widely on integrative approaches including the Hospice UK report Rehabilitative Palliative Care – A Challenge for the 21st Century and the EAPC White Paper on an Integrative Palliative, Geriatric and Rehabilitative Approach for Older People Living with Frailty in The Lancet.
