Rhoda brings knowledge and experience of Quality Improvement and Assurance, Governance, safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She has over 22 years’ experience of working in the NHS across mental health, learning disability, community and acute services. She moved into the social care sector in 2022 and is currently Group Director of Quality, Governance and Lived Experience at Dimensions UK.

Rhoda believes in using an improvement mindset as a catalyst for change; always looking for a better way of working, encouraging people to strive and reach their potential. Rhoda is a great champion for improving the quality of services and quite tenacious about having a positive impact and adding value to the lives of people supported.

Rhoda lives locally, loves spending time with her family and singing. She uses  her passion for singing to mentor children and youth in her local community to have a joy and passion in singing.
