Dr Sarah Ribbands graduated Exeter University in 2004 with an LLB in Law, and latterly from University of Cardiff with a masters in medical law LLM.  Subsequently, she worked in the NHS for 9 years in various roles, finishing with end of life care, older people and long term conditions commissioner in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. 

Sarah then attended Warwick Medical School and graduated in 2017 with an MBChB, and subsequently worked for 3.5 years in frailty post-graduation, and has worked at St Christopher’s Hospice since 2023.
