Trustee

Satvinder has been a Trustee of St Christopher’s since 2023. She is the Chair of the People and Workforce Committee. She is the Executive Director of People, Finance and Governance at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists; and has held several senior transformational people and organisational development (OD) roles across higher education, health and social care. She is people-focused and relishes the opportunity to make a difference in values-led organisations to drive positive change. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) she has over twenty-five years of extensive strategic, tactical and operational people and OD experience of governance and executive leadership. Satvinder has successfully shaped, led and delivered people priorities in political and complex regulated organisations characterised by diverse stakeholders.  She is an effective ambassador, influencer, and executive coach.
