Dr Stefan Rakowicz is Clinical Lead for Bromleag Care Practice, designing an innovative specialist GP surgery that delivers proactive care to the residents of 41 care homes in Bromley.  He has extensive experience as a GP partner and GP Trainer.  In 2015 he co-founded Bromley GP Alliance, a GP federation that brought together 43 practices across the whole borough and supports primary care in delivering a range of high quality services.
