Theresa Chiwera is the Lead Research Nurse and Senior ALS Clinical Trials Manager at Kings College Hospital, London. Theresa has project managed over thirty Phases 1, 2 and 3 international clinical trials and observational studies in search for better treatments for MND. Her clinical and research interest has been pivotal in integrating clinical and research care. Theresa has been influential in advocating for Patient and Public involvement in research. Theresa is a trainer for TRICALS Academy and has presented at local, national and international conferences. Theresa is undertaking a PhD with the hope of contributing to improved understanding of MND.
