Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon

EVENT OVERVIEW

10 October 2021
Registration fee: £35
Minimum sponsorship: £350
Starting and finishing in Hyde Park

A stunning run through four of London’s eight Royal Parks

Starting and finishing in the stunning Hyde Park, the Royal Parks Half Marathon is one of the most exciting distance runs on offer in London. Over 16,000 runners take part in the 13.1 mile route, showcasing the iconic sights of London through four Royal Parks (Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s Park, and Green Park) and past some of the capital’s most historic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, Horse Guards Parade and the Royal Albert Hall. Although undulating in parts, the course is not hilly and is great for either experienced or first time half marathon runners.

Own Place

We have no charity places remaining. If you are lucky enough to secure your own place, we would love you to run for Team St Christopher’s. There is no registration fee and we ask you to raise as much as you can. You will receive a full support with your fundraising.

  • We’re here to support you every step of the way. When you sign up, you’ll receive:

      • A fundraising pack containing useful resources and top tips, and a sponsorship form
      • Regular team e-newsletters
      • A running vest and letters to personalise your vest
      • A dedicated point of contact in our Fundraising Team to help you along the way

  • We ask all our charity place runners to raise at least £350 as part of this event. As a charity, we rely on donations from individuals and groups in order to provide high quality end of life care for our community. But don’t worry, we’re here to make sure your fundraising is enjoyable and successful.

  • This event is organised by Royal Parks Foundation. The team who organise this event have worked hard to ensure that it can go ahead safely and securely with social distancing and adherence to government guidelines. Every possible precaution will be taken so that all you need to think about is running!

If the event cannot go ahead, we will do our best to roll your place over to the following year.
