Supporting you at home
Most people with a life limiting illness want to stay living in their own homes and our community palliative care services are here to help you do that

Complementary Therapy and Wellbeing Services
We have a dedicated Wellbeing and Complementary Therapy Team at St Christopher’s that offer a range of services at both our Sydenham and Caritas site in Orpington.

Psychological and spiritual care
The Psychological and Spiritual Care team offer space for compassionate, contemplative care and reflection, through therapeutic, psychological, emotional, religious, pastoral and spiritual support.
Our bereavement services:

St Christopher’s Bereavement Service
Our adult bereavement service supports anyone whose relative or friend was cared for by St Christopher’s or anyone referred from the London Borough of Bromley

Bereavement Help Points
Bereavement Help Points provide an opportunity to connect with others who are bereaved and are run by trained volunteers with experience of supporting people through bereavement

Candle Child Bereavement Service
Our Candle Child Bereavement Service offers support for children and young people and provides specialist training and advice for schools, parents and professional carers supporting young people facing bereavement

Bromley Bereavement Service
Community bereavement service offering free telephone and face-to-face support

Lewisham Bereavement Support
Providing information and confidential, one-to-one Bereavement Support to bereaved people over the age of 18 living in the Lewisham Borough
