Our priority is the safety of St Christopher’s staff, volunteers and customers, which is why we are introducing new ways of working in retail. Each shop has had a risk assessment and will confirm we have followed all government guidelines. We will display the ‘Staying Covid-19 Secure’ poster in every shop.
Most shops will be open from Monday to Saturday with a limit on the number of customers in each shop at any one time. Clear information and guidance has been installed to help customers maintain a social distance and all changing rooms will remain closed. We will offer a full refund policy during this period of time to support customers.
Till areas have been fitted with acrylic screens, shop cleaning measures have been increased and hand sanitiser will be available for customers and staff to use. We encourage customers to pay using contactless where possible.
