Due to the current situation and having to cancel our Bluebell Walk, we are asking you to join us and complete at least 5,000 steps per day for as many days as you can manage in April and May. You can take on the challenge alone or do it as a team (if you live in the same household) or even a virtual team if you aren’t able to be with each other physically. Either way, join our online community of steppers all working together to reach 50 million steps.
You can take part at home, in your garden or the local park within government guidelines – the choice is yours! You don’t need a tracker to take part.
You’ll receive a challenge pack with everything you need and regular emails to keep you motivated and give you some great ideas to get your steps in.
By taking part you’ll be supporting your local hospice while keeping fit and looking after your health and wellbeing.
