Professional Learning Event Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
All fees are liable for payment unless cancellation is notified in writing at least 14 days before the event. No refunds will be made within 14 days of the event. If you are unable to attend a substitute may attend in your place. Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. St Christopher’s reserves the right to cancel an event in which case delegates will be informed as soon as possible and offered either an alternative event, if applicable, or a full refund.
Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are required to inform you that your details will be retained and held on file for administrative purposes by St Christopher’s. Please be assured that we will not pass this information on to any other organisation unless we have your prior consent. Full details of our privacy notice can be found here.
At face to face events, St Christopher’s may take photographs to be used for publicity and marketing purposes. Please contact a member of the Education Team if you do not want us to use your image for these purposes.
