Carers Time to Talk: St Christopher’s CARE

Fulfilling a caring role can be both rewarding and challenging, and not always in equal measure. Come along and meet other carers, speak openly about your experiences of caring for someone with a life-limiting illness with others who can empathise as a result of their own experiences of caring.

“Just thought I would let you know how much I appreciate and benefit from the chat sessions. Thank you for providing we carers with the opportunity to talk freely about anything and everything. It’s always helpful sharing caring anxieties and concerns with others who know exactly what I am going through. I like to think my experience can be helpful to others too. And, like today, it’s so refreshing being able to laugh and chat about things other than caring. I get a real boost! “
