Your new role
We have a truly rewarding position that has come up for a passionate, Registered Nursing Associate, to join our supportive and dedicated group of nurses within our In-Patient Unit. You will be a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, providing a high standard of individualised patient / family care and support.
Please note that this role is being offered on an 11-month Fixed Term Contract.
To succeed in this role
You will be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register, with ward / in-patient experience, and be passionate about ensuring that excellent standards of care are achieved. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have the ability to deal with non-routine and an unpredictable nature of workload, and have awareness of indicators of abuse and how to report and manage issues relating to vulnerable adults / children.
You will be an excellent communicator maintaining an approachable demeanour, and with the experience that you’ll bring to the team, you will be more than able to support and act as a role model to Nursing Associate students, other learners and Health Care Assistants within the clinical setting.
