A series of films designed to guide people through exercise
Staying physically active can have a positive effect on wellbeing and function both physically and mentally. These films have been created to help you find some simple exercises that you can do in your own home.
Depending on how mobile you are, you can chose from standing, sitting or lying. Remember, however much you can manage, doing a little of something is always better than nothing! After you have exercised, why not spend 10 minutes following the relaxation film to help you unwind and recover.
