Employee Coach – for medicine and/or nurse consultants
Can you help support our staff?
Why we need your help
Our staff tells us that reaching their objectives during a time of change can be difficult. We want to support our staff so that their wellbeing, work practices and development is supported to its potential. We have recognised that some of our medical and nurse consultants would benefit from working with a coach from a similar professional background to them. However, we are keen to ensure that such coaching relationships are not confused with Clinical Supervision arrangements that are available separately.
At this time we are particularly looking to expand out established group of volunteer coaches to include coaches from a clinical background. We are particularly looking for anyone currently or previously working as a medical consultant/doctor or nurse consultant in any field. Please see below for more details.
The aim of the People and Organisational Development directorate is to create and support a coaching culture throughout the organisation and we’d like to ask people with coaching skills and experience to support this on a voluntary basis.
You will play a huge part in helping us to achieve our vision, in which all dying people and those close to them have access to care and support, whenever and wherever they need it.
