Could you offer a neutral, fair and balanced approach to exploring situations and making recommendations?

    Why we need your help

We want to support our staff and volunteers so that their wellbeing, work practices and development are supported to their full potential.

At St Christopher’s, we believe in supporting all staff and volunteers to have a fulfilling, fair and equitable experience. As part of this, we have a robust procedure for dealing with workplace situations which need to be investigated. At St Christopher’s, we believe that this needs to be done in a timely, fair and transparent way.

We are looking for a small team of trained/qualified volunteer investigators to offer a neutral, fair and balanced approach to exploring situations and making recommendations.
