Wellbeing

Now more than ever, connecting with others is so important for us all, which is why we are excited to tell you we have been creating ways to continue to support you and the St Christopher’s community at this difficult time.

We have put together a timetable of activities, from art and music sessions to quizzes and exercise classes as well as time to share experiences and chat to others. Whatever you need to help you through this time, we hope there is something for you. For further information email wellbeingonline@stchristophers.org.uk

All our online sessions are free to join. If you are able to, please consider a small donation to our emergency appeal.

Timetable

This timetable will be updated regularly with links to each session. If you would like to join one of these sessions, please click on the link in the timetable. If you need any help accessing Zoom, please download our Zoom instructions.

These activities will be live streamed at a set day and time each week. You can tune in at that time and know that the person running the group on screen is doing so at that moment. You can also comment and ask questions.

We have organised online video groups facilitated by members of staff and volunteers for patients, carers and current group members.

If you already belong to one of these groups, you will receive an email containing the password needed to view our full timetable of activities and access the Zoom links for each session.

If you are not already part of one of these groups, please contact wellbeingonline@stchirstophers.org.uk with your name and contact number.

This week’s story:

Jefferey Archers – collection of short stories.

A short story will be read each day:
