How often do you want to receive emails?

All of the sessions in the timetable are run live. Art for All on a Tuesday is a video but the others are interactive groups where you can talk and chat with others. We encourage you to have your video on so that people can see and interact with you, and you with them,  within the sessions but if you would rather not, please don’t worry, we want you to feel comfortable. Hopefully there is something on the timetable that is interesting to you. If there is something else that you would like to see being run please contact Communityaid@StChristophers.org.uk

If you are unable to join at the times of the groups there is a library of videos that you can access at any time in our On demand section.

If you would like to join one of these sessions please click on the link in the timetable. This will take you to the session page where you will find more information about the session and details of how to join. Most are run using Zoom. If you need any help using Zoom, please download our Zoom instructions or you can contact us Communityaid@StChristophers.org.uk

Each session is facilitated by a member of staff from St Christopher’s. They are experienced in supporting people to join the zoom groups, to start their videos and microphones. They are also able to structure the sessions and support everyone there to have a voice. If you have any difficulty with communicating please do not be put off from coming, we are there to support you. There will be other people (patients, carers and members of the public) and there may also be a volunteer there to help facilitate the group. You are welcome to join in as much as you like. Some people take an active role in the sessions, others prefer just to sit back and listen, whatever is right for you. If you would like some more support, either in the sessions or in joining the sessions please contact Communityaid@StChristophers.org.uk

Nearly all of the sessions are open to anyone. They are attended by patients, carers and members of the public, everyone is welcome. We have a couple of groups that are aimed at particular groups of people such as our Young Adults Group and the Men’s Group. If you are unsure if a group is suitable for you or you would like to find out a little more about any of the groups please contact Communityaid@StChristophers.org.uk

If you need any help accessing Zoom, please download our Zoom instructions.

All our online sessions are free to join. If you are able to, please consider making a small donation to the hospice to help us continue running these services.
