Wellbeing
Now more than ever, connecting with others is so important for us all, which is why we are excited to tell you we have been creating ways to continue to support you and the St Christopher’s community at this difficult time.
We have put together a timetable of activities, from art and music sessions to quizzes and exercise classes as well as time to share experiences and chat to others. Whatever you need to help you through this time, we hope there is something for you. For further information email wellbeingonline@stchristophers.org.uk
All our online sessions are free to join. If you are able to, please consider making a small donation to the hospice to help us continue running these services.

Session 2 of the Fit for Life programme
In this video we hope to give you an understanding of what exercise is, the different types of exercise, what you might want to exercise and how you can put this into practice. The guidance here is general and may not be appropriate to you.
It is important that you speak to your healthcare professional if you have any concerns about exercising and that you work at your own pace and level. If you haven’t exercised recently we would always recommend that you start with moderate exercise rather than vigorous exercise.
