Carers Time to Talk: Online
Join this supportive Carers chat via Zoom

Fulfilling a caring role can be both rewarding and challenging, and not always in equal measure. This is a space to speak openly about your experiences of caring for someone with a life-limiting illness with others who can empathise as a result of their own experiences of caring.
“It took some effort for me to join the Zoom ‘Carers Time to Talk’ because I usually avoid communications by video. However, it has been a delight to meet up with fellow carers and share tips, problems, general chat. It’s lovely building up a rapport with other people in the same boat as you and, as the weeks go by, feeling as if you’ve made new friends. It’s a group you can dip in and out of whenever you like, there are no rules – it’s becoming a big happy family to share some respite with each Thursday afternoon!”
