Chipema is the Director of Care at Nightingale Hammerson. She trained as an RGN and is a visionary with vast experience in elderly care in general.

Chipema completed a MSC in Public Health specialising in Health Services Management and also completed a Diploma in Leadership & Management and Gerontology. She’s always looking for opportunities to do things differently and make a difference in people’s lives.

Chipema has great desire for excellence in everything she does and leading her team to aspire to be the best. Leading comes naturally to Chipema and she is passionate about developing and making leaders, and inspiring aspiring leaders to be achievers.

Her objectives and aspirations in her current role are to influence positively and change people’s lives by making sure they experience great health outcomes through innovative health initiatives.

Outside of work Chipema enjoys travelling and sports.
