Your Gift Aid declaration
Making a Gift Aid declaration will boost your donation by 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you. Please confirm below to allow St Christopher’s to treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying gifts of money made in the last four years, this gift and all future gifts.
Gift Aid declaration*
- I want to Gift Aid any donations made in the last four years and any I make in the future. I am a UK taxpayer and understand if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that year it is my responsibility to pay any difference
- I am not a UK taxpayer, and therefore Gift Aid does not apply to me
Please inform the hospice if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. Gift Aid is reclaimed by us from the tax you pay for the current year. Your home address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
